Dow, S&P 500 Close at Records; Tesla Falls – The Wall Street Journal

U.S. stocks closed at record highs on Monday, while Tesla shares fell after a Twitter poll run by Chief Executive Elon Musk urged him to sell a chunk of his stock.

The S&P 500 rose 4.17 points, or less than 0.1%, to 4701.70—the eighth consecutive trading session in which the broad market index closed at a record, a feat it hasn’t accomplished since 1997.
