Leanne Silicato Prosser and Nicole Silicato-Miller, sisters and business partners of Silicato Development, started the Great Futures Fund three years ago in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware to help support local kids in need. This year, the pair coordinated over 50 committee members and volunteers to organize the 3rd Annual Great Futures Gala and support the much-needed building expansion for the Oak Orchard-Riverdale Boys & Girls Club near Millsboro.
